Family Skate Fundraiser for Marcus Baksh on Saturday Feb 14th 2015 at Rickard Arena - Bowmanville
1) The family skate is at Rickard on Pad A from 1pm to 3pm & Pad B from 1:30pm to 2:30pm
The limit of skaters allowed on the ice at any one time is 175 per pad.
2) Please make sure your team and guests are aware that they are to wear CSA approved helmets in order to be able to go onto the ice surface. Please let everyone know J
3) We ask that everyone wears RED to the event.
Outline of Events - all profits will go directly to Marcus Baksh & his family
*Family Skate – Pad A 1pm to 3pm Pad B 1:30pm to 2:30pm – donations accepted for the skate
*Team Canada Well Wishes book – please sign a page in the book and leave Marcus a message
Book will be located in lobby of Pad A.
*The Clarington Eagles will be joining us for the family skate.
Activities in the Hall/Auditorium from 1pm to 3pm;
*Bake sale - prices will be on display
*Raffle – tickets will be sold $2. For 1 ticket and $5. For 3 tickets – deadline to purchase tix is 3pm
*Custom #MarcusStrong t-shirts – will be sold for $20. each
*Card Craft table – Come out and make a homemade card which will be delivered to Marcus
* Toros Boxers are for sale – limited sizing available
*OMHA shooting machine
*silent Auction-ie signed jersey's available, leaf tickets
We may have one or two more surprises at the event J
Please make sure you go into the Hall/Auditorium – this is where all of the non ice action will be!!
